2010 Annual LAMP CLE Conference

Presented by the American Bar Association/North Carolina State Bar Committee for Legal Assistance for Military Personnel (LAMP)

WHEN: Thursday - Friday, March 4 & 5, 2010.

HOST: Hosted by Offices of the SJA, Pope AFB and SJA, XVIII Airborne Corps

WHO: Military and civilian lawyers who provide military legal assistance.  Seating is limited so register early.

WHAT: Course topics include divorce, child custody and visitation, post separation, alimony, domestic violence, ethics, substance abuse, SCRA, estate planning, and consumer law.  11 hours of CLE/CPE credit are pending approval by the NC State Bar.

WHERE: The CLE/CPE will be held aboard Pope AFB at the Pope Club, 5504 Reilly Road (inside the Reilly Road entrance gate).

HOW:

Registration - To register for the program, please submit the registration form (located here) no later than February 28, 2010.    

Materials- The CLE/CPE manuscripts will be made available electronically through the ABA LAMP website. A limited number of sets of CLE material will be available at the program site at a charge of $10.00. Cost - Active duty, Reserve, National Guard providing legal assistance and DOD legal assistance attorneys: Free Civilians: $75.00. 

CLE credit hour costs are included in civilian fee. 

The Pope Club will host lunch each day at a cost of $8.95.
